in the hotel room, in the dark

It is not quite 8:30pm, and we are sitting in the dark in our hotel room. I am on the laptop and Mr.Q is playing a game on his cell phone.

The Magpie is resting quietly in her playpen-cum-crib provided by the hotel, but isn't quite asleep yet. And, should we turn the light on, she will not sleep at all.

Should I type too loudly, she may not sleep either...

So, I leave you now, but will return tomorrow once we are home and the Magpie can sleep in her own room.
