She walked. She honest-to-got, no questions asked, more than one step, walked.
And, now, [as this was written at lunch]] here I sit alone at the bar of a crowded restaurant near my work - stood up by a relative who needs, but refuses, to attend her group sessions in the area - while my daughter has likely been waltzing around the mall, the playground all morning.
I don't envy her dad for having to follow her around, waiting for the inevitable fall, one bit. At least, not that part.
