The Magpie likes:

• 12 year old balsamic vinegar
• guacamole. Not avocado. Guacamole.
• the sauce that comes with the spicy agedashi tofu
• Japanese soy sauce.
• Raincoast Crisps [also known as: Fancy Cracker]
  
• garlic. If in a dipping sauce - say, tzatziki - so much the better.

I think I was damned near in my 30's before I even tasted 12 year old balsamic vinegar...
