My parents have been in town this weekend, and babyQ has been her exemplary self. She's been happy, for the most part, and fairly friendly and interactive with both my mom and dad. Both my parents have commented on what a good baby she is and how lucky Mr.Q and I are to have her [we know!].

Mr.Q has decided to adopt and amend the Staples Easy Button and label baybQ the Easy Baby - complete with a token tap to the butt.

Is this trademark infringement, or do you think we can get an advertisement deal with Staples?
