One Christmas gift begs for another:

We received a set of seriously awesome new knives from my sister and brother in law for Christmas. Because they were at our place for Thanksgiving and were appropriately appalled at how we had to carve [and I use the term loosely] the turkey.

They are gorgeous. They are light. They are sparkly. They are insanely sharp. They don't fit our existing knife block...
